The Ask
Police Scotland tasked us with raising awareness of the signs of domestic abuse amongst a younger audience. Social media seemed like a rich place to hone an impactful idea. For that reason we came up with an idea that required a smartphone and a couple of brilliant acting performances.
The "Questions for Couples" trend was rampant on TikTok at the time, and we thought this was the perfect platform to show the subtly intensifying signs of domestic abuse.
In this low budget production, I scripted, produced, and directed this film.
Results
The film garnered national news coverage, and was even featured on the main evening news on BBC Scotland.
